So here's a clip of what I experienced at Falcon Lake. Shallow water fishing was the overall for me. I lost alot of fish towards the far end of the channels. Dark creature baits were fire. Unfortunately I cut the trip short due to trolling motor issues.

The middle ramp at Falcon Lake is finally up! I was a little rusty but man did it feel good. White bass are all over the place, this is the best time to take kids to have a blast. Enjoy!

Long worms, creature baits, and slow presentations worked for me. I've been catching them on the Texas rig... I tried spinnerbaits and cranks but they weren't taking it. Falcon lake is rising and the fish are spreading = Slow bites. I don't say much in the video but the creature baits were purple flake (Tilapia colored) and the Mondo worm was black and blue flake. My 6 year old daughter uses a spoon to catch white bass by the Falcon Dam. All the fish were released.

I went 2 weeks ago its sad I've never seen the lake that low,they were generating for about 2 months straight, that's why we lost all that water😞

Not a bad idea! I'm just back to fishing Falcon again. I keep it in mind if the bass is slow. 👍
Bass fishing is very difficult in Falcon Lake, I have gone 3 times in February and March and I have not caught anything, and seeing other fishermen they did not catch anything either.

Yessss I had just fixed my trolling motor but it failed again thanks to the adhesive I used. I wish I could've flipped it all.
How's the fishing? I live at rgv area and I wanna hit that lake by myself in the next few days. Same boat as you, can you launch it by yoursel? Is the fishing worth it?
The fishing is a bit slow. I got a feeling it's going to pick up pretty soon. Yes, you should be able to launch it yourself.

I used the middle ramp Saturday, it's nice to be able to launch from there,those small fish are tilapias Nat, that's what the white bass are feeding on,how did it go for you guy's,hey where do you buy those killer shad rig baits
Thanks! We caught a ton of white bass on the killer shad rig. I got those at Walmart for like under $3 bucks.
